No saben como en Venezuela han surgido las oportunidades de las adversidades, como la gente se ha puesto creativa a punta de golpes que ha recibido por la crisis. Eso nos asegura y estoy muy optimista en eso, un futuro muy bonito porque son los jóvenes los que desarrollan nuevas ideas, los que buscan nuevas opciones y la cosa les está saliendo bonita. Conocí en la zona de Valle Hondo en Cabudare, Estado Lara, la iniciativa de Victoria Rea y Mario Da Silva, ella nutricionista y el chef. Se unieron para dar vida a La Sanduchería, un localcito pequeño que no tiene sino unas siete mesas, donde esta pareja ofrece panes con sabor venezolano. Todo es hecho en casa, el pan se elabora en sus hornos de manera artesanal y tiene aromas a ají dulce y al criollo chicharrón. La propuesta presenta panes de asado negro, un típico plato de la gastronomía caraqueña, de pollo, vegetariano y otros tantos. No pueden perderse este lugar tan acogedor si en algún momento visitan el Estado Lara. Esta tierra tiene mucho que dar en materia de turismo y yo creo que serán una de las puntas de lanza de Venezuela cuando termine de desarrollarse completamente.
