Parrilla de San Lorenzo

If you go to Valladolid it is an absolute must to taste a rich lamb and in my opinion the "Parrilla de San Lorenzo" (San Lorenzo Grill) is the place to go. Food, wine and excellent service. Not to mention the restaurant itself, which is quite a sight to see. When I go, I usually ask for simple lamb and salad (tomato, lettuce and onion). There's no need to ask for more. However, this time I went with some friends and ordered sweetbreads starter and they were very good. The dessert we ordered was spectacular. I do not remember the name, but the waiter told us they make the same dish for the nuns
