La Merced Square

Desde esta pequeña plaza tendremos la mejor vista de [poi=304921]La Iglesia y Torre de la Merced[/poi]. La plaza es un poco sombria pero es uno de los rincones más entrañable de Osuna. En medio de la pequeña plazuela, podemos ver una farola típica con cada uno de sus laterales revestido de los azulejos sevillanos tan del gusto de aquella época y en uno de ellos se puede ver la imagen de nuestra Sra. De la Merced con la impresionante torre al fondo. Por esta Plaza tienen su recorrido varias Cofradias de la Semana Santa de Osuna, y para ese evento los vecinos de la plaza la engalanan profusamente siendo una de las imagenes más bonitas de la ciudad cuando la recorren.

From this small square will have the best view of the Church and Tower of Mercy. The square is a bit gloomy but it is one of the most endearing of Osuna. Amid the small square, we see a typical lamppost with each of its sides coated Sevillian tiles so dear that time and in one of them can see the image of Our Lady of Mercy with the impressive tower the background. On this square have their tour several Holy Week Brotherhoods of Osuna, and for that event's neighbors profusely adorn the square is one of the most beautiful images of the city when walking.
