With its secret sauce
If you visit Valladolid, you'll find plenty of options for dining. There are lots of bars and restaurants offering great food, but this is the one I return to every time I go to Valladolid. It's next to the Plaza Mayor, and everything is great, but in particular, the patatas bravas, calamari sandwich and spicy mussels are specialties. Enjoy it with their house sauce, a recipe that's been passed down from generation to generation and is almost as secret as Coca-Cola!
