If your time is really valuable, then this isn't where you want to eat. The food was great, and the few waitresses do what they can, but you need a good two hours to eat lunch. And the discussion between the kitchen and the waitresses was not wasted. The service was poor because there weren't enough people working. If you are lucky and there aren't many people, then you'll enjoy a comfortable place with good food. Try your luck!
