Incredible Place
One of the best meals of our life and truly one of the best restaurants in the world, like a hidden gem that we found in the middle of this lovely city. First you think that this will be the classic refined french-style restaurant but then.. BOOM , your senses explode when you realize that this is a modern-mexican-mayan restaurant inside an old mansion, in Merida. We felt like the first time at Fat Duck, one cucumber black ceviche was served inside an edible bubble cloche made with coconut , sea salty water and lard, all smoked in the inside.
We ordered the wine pairing and it was fabulous.
