Really beautiful landscapes
Taking advantage of our stay in Nemesnép, we decided to go to Croatia to visit the Kumroveck village 145 km away. Located inside the country and a few kms from the border with Slovenia, this is tiny place where Marshal Tito was born in 1892, the former Yugoslavian president. The road to the Croatian border is quite complicated, but once you're driving on the motorway towards to Zagreb it is a delight and with little traffic. The downside is that you need to make a detour to visit this village and take a road that is worse than the Hungarian roads, but you see some really beautiful landscapes. The entirety of this small village has been transformed in to a museum.
