Hong Kong really is not a island as many people think, it has three zones: - The Lantau Island, the westernmost, where the airport and some industry is, but that is just populated. - The peninsula of Kowloon, which is where most of the population live among streets that remind us of a mainland metropolis. - The island of Hong Kong itself, which is the centre of politics and financial power of this place. I will focus on the Kowloon Peninsula, which is part of Hong Kong with higher densities of people(one of the highest in the world) and that is where I usually stay when I travel to those lands.
