Paradesi Synagogue

India's oldest synagogue, this was built in 1568. Jews arrived in Cochin in the first century AD, but today the community is very small. After removing your shoes, you can't fail to notice the interesting Chinese tiles decorating the interior. Photos are prohibited, and it is closed from 12 to 15h.
