picturesque places

Excellent

The Bryggen district is one of those picturesque places that you can not miss, is a very attractive area that's been declared World Heritage with composite wood colored houses. The most striking image is that nothing is straight, and this was the most lopsided of all that we went in. All houses now house restaurants and shops, and we found the store Knut Skurtveit that's recommend to visit for the many souvenirs there are, but certainly the image that remains on the retina is when you first enter and look down the street, you realize is that the structure is really twisted. Your first thought is to run out of there for fear of collapse, but don't worry, it's all safe, the neighborhood is rehabilitated and in no danger, still, impressive.

Don't buy from here! Overpriced/poor customer svc

Excellent

I stopped in here because it looked cute and I was looking for a bracelet for a friend. I found one that I thought was $6 but realized within a minute of buying it that my decimal point was off and it was actually $60. I immediately shared my math error with the cashier and he said that all sales were final. It had only been a minute and I hadn't even signed for it. There were NO signs whatsoever notifying customers of the store's ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy and the two employees were very rude about it. The store owner was contacted and refused to refund it. They claimed that that's how most of the stores in Norway are.
