Delicious Iskembe soup for real travelers
At first glance it might seem like the typical local food of southeast Turkey that's ideal for strength after a night of music and alcohol. The menu is made up of Adana and Urfa Kebabs accompanied by delicious Salgan, nectar or turnip. The desserts are typical of Hatay, being the Künefe or sweet cheese baked on top.
