Trekking in Khir Ganga

Khir Ganga is a small mountain town on a hillside which is reached after a fantastic and difficult hike 5/6 hours from Flea. The views from are amazing, with huge forested mountains with their snow-capped peaks ranging from water to produce their falls in this area. In the upper part of the town are some hot springs where you can enjoy and relax in morning baths, with some fantastic views of the Himalayas as a backdrop. This town has 2 or 3 accommodations that are basic where it is possible to stay and a couple of restaurants. The hike to get here is the best, wonderful landscapes of valleys and mountains, going through small villages, vast marijuana plantations, waterfalls, rivers etc, etc.

We came to the start this trek at midmorning, without having planned, having been smoking charas and without any knowledge of mountaineering, we thought we were walking around the Sierra de Madrid. Evening was falling and we came to Khir Ganga had our moments of anxiety, it was getting dark and we had no idea where we were and the remaining portion to the village and certainly some stretches of this walk are quite dangerous, so we saw doing the intenperie night, without equipment and ice cold .... In the end, about to darken arrived about champions, we celebrated with a hearty dinner of spaghetti and hot soups and smoked with some Australians we met as god commands. It was very ambitious trekking 9/10, to the Pin valley, that sure as hell had to be great but that perhaps it was too big.
