Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo

Durante nuestra luna de miel en Japón nos alojamos en el Keio Plaza, un hotelazo ubicado justo al lado de las Oficinas del Gobierno Metropolitano de Tokyo, obra de Tange Kenzo. Shinjuku (新宿区) nos encantó, sobre todo por el ambiente y los numerosos restaurantes e izakayas que había en la zona. Por la noche es una pasada. El hotel está muy bien en todos los sentidos. Las habitaciones son bastante grandes para ser Japón. Por supuesto limpias y el servicio genial. Las vistas de Shinjuku son espectaculares y está muy cerca de la estación de tren, las Oficinas del Gobierno Metropolitano de Tokyo y el centro comercial Odakyu. Otra cosa que nos gustó mucho fueron sus restaurantes. Había de comida occidental y también japonesa. En el desayuno japonés éramos los únicos occidentales y probamos cosas buenísimas.

Enorme hotel nuevo, en unas de las zonas comerciales mas importantes de Tokio, el barrio de Shinjuku, muy bien comunicado con metro y la estación de autobuses. El hotel cuenta con una piscina en la 7 ò 9 Planta, gimnasio muy bien preparado, varios restataurantes tematicos, y en la planta 35 dos restaurantes con miradores y unas vistas de la ciudad. La atención del hotel muy correcta. La habitación era muy grande eso si con 2 camas, el suelo con moqueta, baño completo con secador, etc. Tiene opción de recibir masajes en la propia habitación.

Sin duda la mejor opción calidad precio de la zona y personalmente, para mi la mejor zona de Tokyo. Desde esta situación privilegiada es facilísimo moverse por esta gran ciudad ya sea en metro (Tochomae) o en tren (Shinjuku). Ademas de encontrar miles de izakayas, currys, sobas y el mas que recomendable callejón de yakitori. La zona es fantástica también para compras y academias.
