Une riche histoire
Haut bâtiment aux formes anguleuses, la Katedralskolan est, de loin, un édifice d'architecture purement scandinave. Lorsque l'on s'en approche, on peut apercevoir alors de petites figurines qui agrémentent, au creux de petites niches, la façade de briques rouges et blanches.
Ce monument, que l'on remarque inévitablement quand on arrive dans la ville par le train, prit la place de l'ancienne école câthédrale, fondée à la fin du 11e siècle. Il abrita, au 18e siècle, le roi de Suède.
Une construction remarquable, et un haut lieu de l'histoire locale
High building with angular shapes, the Katedralskolan is by far a purely Scandinavian architecture building. When you approach it, then we can see small figures that adorn the palm of small niches, the facade of red and white bricks. This monument, which is inevitably notice when you arrive in the city by train, took the place of the Old Cathedral School, founded in the late 11th century. It housed the 18th century, the King of Sweden. A remarkable building, and a mecca for local history
