Kastraki

Kastraki is a village in central Greece, passed through by thousands of tourists every year and yet very few of us stop to admire its beauty.I recommend that you visit it as it is full of charm. The town is not very large and consists of several humble houses with small gardens and stables. Due to its proximity to Meteora, threre are also three hotels and several restaurants where you can taste traditional food at good prices. Despite the large number of people who pass through here to get to Meteora, Kastraki still retains its charm. I, for one, went to a village shop and found it wide open and empty, because the owner had gone to get a coffee at the bar next door.
