Junto a mi hija habíamos viajado hasta Hasie Labied en un coche alquilado en Marrakech, y la sensación de haber llegado hasta allí sin depender de nadie me tenía fascinada. Nos revolcamos en la arena y nuestra piel quedó color dorada. Después, sobre una duna, nos quedamos en silencio. Las dos sentimos lo mismo: La intensidad de la nada. Volvimos casi de noche, nos bañamos y tomamos té bajo las estrellas. Las dunas eran un pozo negro lleno de misterio. Jamás olvidaré la experiencia, una de las fuertes y felices de mi vida.

A Rissani se debe llegar antes de las 5 de la tarde para poder unirte a alguno de los grupos que salen dirección de las dunas. Nosotros solo contratamos un conductor que, con nuestro propio coche, nos llevó al albergue, a los pies de la duna. Una vez allí, montamos a camello durante 1 hora hasta llegar al oasis ..... Y después, un montón de sensaciones placenteras imposibles de describir ..... Merece la pena vivirlas.

Nada lujoso pero acogedor.Desde allí partes 6 km en camello para cenar y pasar la noche en la jaima. Ver anochecer y amanecer en el desierto y regresar a la mañana siguiente. También hay rutas en quad y en 4x4 alrededor de las dunas y los pueblos cercanos El paseo en camello, o a pié por el desierto es muy impresionante. En las Gargantas del Dades: El paisaje rocoso conocido como los Dedos de los monos o el Cerebro del Atlas son algunas de las impresionantes formaciones rocosas, barrancos que nos encontraremos. Día 2: Gargantas Dades - Gargantas y valle del Todra - Erfoud - Dunas de Merzouga Imposible pasar de largo por el Palmeral y las Gargantas del Todraa impresionante en su formación y lugar de peregrinaje de los amantes de la escalada. Partendo da Merzouga è possibile passare la notte nel deserto. Si raggiunge a dorso di un dromedario la piccola oasi tra le dune a circa un paio di ore di strada. Il deserto è un posto spettacolare. Il silenzio, i colori e le altissime dune vi faranno sentire in paradiso. Arrivati all'Oasi dove troverete tende grandissime e coloratissime vi potrete sistemare per la notte e poi cenare con i piatti tipici marocchini cucinati direttamente sul luogo accompagnati da musicisti che suoneranno per voi. Alla fine della cena potrete fare una piccola escursione (da soli) sulle dune e ammirare il deserto notturno. Al mattino prestissimo potrete scegliere una duna, scalarla e fermarvi a guardare l'alba. Haciendo un repaso de aquéllos rincones favoritos de lo que cuento con fotografías dignas de ser compartidas, me he encontrado con que uno de los lugares a los vuelvo siempre que puedo (he viajado hasta allí tres veces en los últimos cuatro años) es el Erg Chebbi, un sistema dunar de fina arena situado al Sureste de Marruecos, en las estribaciones septentrionales del Sahara, que tiene algo más de 20 km de largo por alrededor de 5 km de ancho. Ver atardecer desde la cresta de alguna de sus grandes dunas (las más altas superan los 150 metros de altura) constituye un espectáculo fascinante; sobre todo si para llegar hasta allí has pasado un montón de horas gozando con la conducción por arena, con sus inigualables gratificaciones y sus duros momentos de pala y eslinga. En esas últimas horas del día, las sombras sobre los grandes volúmenes de arena anaranjada constituyen un motivo fotográfico tan agradecido que resulta muy difícil tomar una fotografía que no sea atractiva.
