Osu Shopping District

For those who enjoy shopping, Kamimaezu is the place to go! There are several covered streets with different trades. We found souvenirs to take home to our friends, electronics, clothing, handbags, shoes, green tea, spices, toys, tattoo parlours, and more! And, if you're feeling peckish, there are cafes and restaurants - not just Japanese, but from all over the world. At the weekend the place is completely crowded with locals doing their shopping. Take an entire day to walk the streets, and take the chance to visit Osu Kannon Temple, which is right next door.
