The Gastronomic Days of Ametlla de Mar...

The Gastronomic Days of Ametlla de Mar are the showcase of the products of its fishmarket and a sample of the best recipes of the restuarants. The stars are the different varieties of fish from our coast and our chefs, with their classical and modern techniques, delight in us with the different menus they offer during the gastronomic day.
With regard to the “Peix Blau" (Blue Fish) Day, starting this year it will be held in collaboration with Cambrils. Blue fish will be the star of these gastronomic days. About forty restaurants, in both L’Ametlla de Mar and Cambrils, offer different menus made with this product. Cambrils is the first town to celebrate it, from May 24 to June 2, and L’Ametlla de Mar from 7 to 16 June.

This festival is organised by the Tourist boards of the towns, which work together to provide our visitors with a gourmet quality product at affordable prices.
Besides promoting local cuisine it also aims to boost tourism and fishing of the Costa Dorada y las Tierras del Ebro.
