Jornadas Gastronómicas de la Merluza de Cudillero
In our town of Cudillero, the Hake Gastronomic Awards are held every year. This year, it spans two successive weekends - the 9th, 10th and 11th and the 16th, 17th and 18th April 2010. There are ten participating establishments from the area. Each place develops its own menu except the main course has to be composed of hake and the wine must be from the designation of origin. The price is the same for all: 25,00 € per person. Our Hotel-Restaurant Casa Vieja del Sastre offers the following delicious courses:
* Appetizer of sea bass and hake in puff pastry with ham and cheese or shrimp, potato fritters with bouquet of mixed mushroom salad or sauteed with shrimp.
