Jhoola de Phool Mahal

Este maravilloso columpio, esta dentro de el Palacio Phool Mahal (Palacio de la Flor)del Fuerte de Junagarh de Bikaner y está hecho por uno de los mejores artesanos y orfebre del Rajasthan para el rey Raja Rai Singh de Bikaner, que gobernó entre 1571-1668. Los varales del columpio esta totalmente esculpidos con figuras de maharajas y pavos reales, dos elefantes en madera de ébano a cada lado, en el tejadillo del columpio hay tres chattris. El asiento aún conserva la seda roja original, y "sentado" en el columpio hay una imagen de Krishna niño.

This wonderful swing, is inside the Palace Phool Mahal (Flower Palace) Junagarh Fort of Bikaner and is made by one of the best craftsmen and goldsmith of Rajasthan for the king Raja Rai Singh of Bikaner, who ruled between 1571- 1668. The poles of the swing is fully sculpted figures of maharajas and peacocks, two elephants wood bathroom on each side, on the roof are three chattris swing. The seat retains an original red silk, and "sitting" on the swing is an image of Krishna child.
