Lo mejor del sitio es la arquitectura del edificio y eso no quiere decir que sea llamativa. El servicio es amable, cortes pero frío. El menú degustación es penoso y la relación calidad precio es malísima. Los alrededores del edificio son como para no salir del coche y lo peor es la terraza de la cafetería. Me recomendaron este hotel dos personas, un amigo y una compañera de trabajo, quería ir a ver Vitoria y busqué en un buscador conocido de hoteles, y en los recomendados por los clientes, Jardines de Uleta suites, era el primero, lo calificaban como fantástico o maravilloso. Además como mi marido y yo somos muy fieles a la guía Michelín, la leímos y recomendaba la parrilla del restaurante... Nos encantó todo, el hotel, las enormes habitaciones, comimos un pescado a la parrilla estupendo. Bueno que va a parecer que tengo comisión. Lo recomendaremos nosotros también.

Cada habitación es como una casa, tiene un salón enorme con sofá a parte del dormitorio, viajabamos con un niño y fue muy práctico. El personal de recepción y cafetería fue muy amable en todo momento, nos ayudaron y nos dieron mucha información de actividades para hacer. La comida muy rica y con menú para niños.
