Full of color and light

Santa Barbara Garden is just behind the Wall and the Episcopal Palace and is wonderful - full of color and light. In the center of the garden is the Fuente de Santa Barbara (a fountain), which is named for having this saint on the top, and is perfect for taking some pretty pictures.

Walking around the most central pedestrian streets of the city (between Souto and Capelistas streets) we are surprised to find these beautiful gardens, which certainly attracted attention for its many colorful flowers and colors. The square is rectangular in shape, and in it several flower beds surrounded by little paths that converge in the center, where a hexagonal stone fountain topped by the statue of Saint Barbara, which gives its name to the square are arranged. As a backdrop to the gardens the ruins of medieval walls and the Episcopal Palace, which give for his back, the Praça do Municipio (where the Town Hall) are. Also, at one end of the square it is erected Homage to José Salgado.

Public garden in Braga

A Public Gardens Braga is undoubtedly one of the nicest I've ever seen, and certainly the most flowery I've seen, this garden with its colorful highlight exactly what makes anyone fascinated as a child when he sees many parcels at Christmas. Also noteworthy addition to your source of XVII sec with a statue of Saint Barbara at the top (which gives its name to the garden), to be located near the Medieval wing of the Episcopal Bracarense giving a totally different this space mystique.
