A temple to corn
Mexico means corn, and in Oaxaca there's a great place to showcase it in all its glory: Itanoní Tortillería y Antojería. Tetelas, memelas, toast, pozole, atole and more, or eat a corn tortilla taco with beans, hoja santa, and fresh cheese. It's my favorite place in the entire state. Great prices and the essence of healthy, traditional Mexican cuisine.
