International Modern and Contemporany Art Gallery

The wonderful museum, Pinacoteca, is contemporary and international. It is located in the beautiful city of Cittanova. The place came to be during the Saracen raids (IX century) that pushed the inhabitants of the coast to populate the interior reliefs. In the same century the city also reached Basilian monks who were present in the city; they preached in the caves in the Bivongi territory.
