Unique Pagodas

Pagodas Unicas

The ruins recuendan much pagodas of Bagan, although they have nothing to do, Bagan is a plain and this is a colina.La rise to the ruins from the village is via a covered walkway and is now full of small shops the tourist. Adventure with a capital A

In the ruins of Dein was for me the best of Inle Lake. They are a bit far from the lake but a channel leads to the hamlet of In Dein. It therefore accessed by Nyaungshwe rented boat. And then there is just starting, as Indiana Jones, to attack the hill. In the website Dein has two distinct parts: the central part with a long climb Covered lined on both sides with shops of various products. At the top, a temple in activity whose entry is forbidden to women (!) And rear of the temple, pagodas and stupas amount of restored and flashy gilding. This is photogenic. The second part, which concerns us in this respect, are the ruins on either side of the central part. A crowd of temples and stupas which rise amid the vegetation. It takes on the appearance of Angkor with vegetation that adorns the ruins. Restore point, and it is much better for the environment, buildings bend, crumble, deliver the remains of sculptures, it seems that the looters were flying through Thailand in order to collectors ... I think this visit quiet in the sun was a magical moment unforgettable. To discover without moderation.

Wonderful ruins of In Dein

Maravillosas ruinas de In Dein

Excellent
Near the village of Nyaung Ohak in Shan state of Myanmar is a collection of over 1200 stupas. They occupy an area greater than one square kilometer. Son stupas XV to XVIII century, but was assured that there are any of the third century AD. It is one of the most beautiful and unknown to be found. The passage of time has taken its toll on many of the stupas, for example, trees have grown into one of them and many are showing clear signs of deterioration. But the worst is the restoration they are doing, are engaged encalarlas and paint the top of gold; personally consider such a threat to restore the integrity of a unique and should stand by order of any international institution.
