Il Mare

This is a shellfish restaurant that also has grilled fish, an ocean view, a panoramic terrace, and a perfect breeze that keeps the temperature at around 25 degrees. It's an absolute dream. Il Mare also offers a lounge area with music and a DJ on the roof until the early hours of the morning. It's a relaxing restaurant where eating out can be a bit pricey (a minimum of 30 euros per person if you take the first and second seafood courses), but it's one of the good places to eat in the city, and the view is first class all the way. In the evening there are a lot of people, you can go just to grab a drink and enjoy the sun setting over the sea.
