Two years ago we spent a day in Florence and we found this little restaurant that we really liked. This year we spent a week there and the first night we decided to go back to the same restaurant. To our surprise the prices and the food were even better than we remembered. First, they treat you to a glass of prosecco and a snack (a small plate of pasta, a puree, etc.) and when you finish your meal they give you some traditional sweets. And all this with no service charge! Other than the fact that the food is excellent, we tried traditional dishes like "sepia with spinach," "Florentine tripe," "octopus carpaccio" and "penne with salmon and arugula" and more.
The house wine is very good. We visited other restaurants in Florence and found that none offered what this one did, so we ate there 3 more nights, and the meal was always just as good at an unbeatable price, starting at 33 euros we paid the first day (for 1 starter, 2 entrees, house wine and coffee) to l48 euros, the most expensive time we went. Without a doubt a good place for those traveling to Florence.
