Ieronimus Museum

Como todos sabemos, no nos podemos ir de Salamanca sin visitar su fabulosa catedral. Lo que no todos saben es que, desde hace unos años se puede acceder a la parte superior de la catedral. El precio es muy barato (unos 3 euros si mal no recuerdo) y, si ya desde abajo observarla es impresionante, ya no os cuento lo que es verla desde las terrazas y pasillos elevados que esta tiene. Por momentos puede que nos dé algo de vértigo puesto que se encuentran algunas partes algo agrietadas y, algunos tramos de escaleras son muy empinados. A mí, lo que más me impresionó, son las vistas que tenemos de la ciudad desde la terraza así como de los enormes pináculos y arbotantes vistos de cerca. Además de todo esto, en este museo podemos observar instrumentos musicales, documentación, libros,... Que pertenecen a los archivos de la catedral y que los tienen todos en sus vitrinas y con carteles explicativos para que podamos entender lo que significan. Desde sus pasillos elevados, podemos observar tanto la parte vieja como la nueva de la catedral y numerosas salas que han sido rehabilitadas para tal fin. Si nos quedamos con ganas de más, cuando se termina la visita, podemos pasar por una tienda que se encuentra en la salida donde nos venden, además de las típicas postales, libros y planos de la catedral. Os recomiendo que no dejéis pasar esta oportunidad, porque por ese precio vale muchísimo la pena visitarlo.

Files belonging to the cathedral and that they all have in their windows and interpretive signs so we can understand what they mean. From its elevated walkways, we can see both the old and new cathedral and many rooms have been renovated for this purpose. If we were wanting more, when the visit is over, we passed by a store that is located at the outlet where we sell, besides the typical postcards, books and maps of the cathedral. I recommend that you do not let this opportunity pass, because at that price it really worth a visit.
