Ichi Nanaya

This restaurant in the Hiyoshi area is one of my favorite ramen places. The ramen is delicious and the treatment of the staff is excellent, especially the chef Kai. Until earlier this year, the place was called Ryuuya (House of the Dragon). Now it´s called Ichinanaya (house 17). The type of ramen has also changed as now they serve the Iekei tonkotsu type. You can choose the hardness of the noodles, the concentration of flavor in the soup and the amount of fat to taste. Another good perk is that you get a free bowl of rice which can be refilled as often as you want - which I never get to do because I´m always too full from the ramen.
