Houat
Stepping in Houat is a breath of exoticism. From the port of Saint-Gildas and beyond the white houses, you will find unspoilt, little photographed nature. Multicolored boats in a hereing-bone arrangement. The privileged fishermen occupy the best places in the spring of 5 kms. There's no glamour here what you see is what you get. The island is genuine and unobtrusive. Beyond the village there are no roads, no low walls, only low vegetation dotted with sand-filled roads. There is a path that goes around the island you can explore and enjoy a quiet walk discovering the most beautiful Atlantic. The southwestern coastal cliffs are cut by idyllic coves.
