Friendly Place
This is a beautiful place in the middle of nowhere and the Swiss Alps, while we were on our way to Liechtenstein. Suddenly it turned cold, foggy and rain made us divert our way and we could not stop to regain strength and warmth. After a few hours we had left Milan and northern Italy with warm temperatures and suddenly the temperature dropped by almost 15 degrees, so, the hot chocolate and coffee we had in Walserhof made us feel great. The restaurant is very cosy and also the service is great. There are typical wooden houses for you to spend a nice holiday as the restaurant is also a hotel. In no time we become the centre of attention as it was curious to find Spanish travellers around here. Yes, the prices, you can tell you're in Switzerland ;-)
I loved the pasta we ate and the cosy fire that got us to go into heat. It was a surprising and warm welcome on my first trip through Switzerland! Ahhh and great to be able to pay in different currencies, because we only had euros and here this was no problem!.
