It's right next to the Djemaa El Fnaa and on a main avenue (no getting lost in the Medina) and while it's certainly not luxury, it's popular among Moroccan families, has a decent restaurant that serves alcohol, and boasts some of the city's best views of the Koutoubia Mosque. I mean priceless views. One of the best things here is ordering a tea in the morning and sitting up on the roof-top terrace.
