Hotel - Restaurant Santo Domingo de Silos

This is part of a complex of a three-star hotel, a simpler hotel and several restaurants in front of the famous monastery. It has three dining rooms: El Cid, the Mudéjar and Castilian, where you can enjoy the ceramic murals and coffered ceilings. Everything has been decorated in a Castilian style. The kitchen serves typical local products including morcilla de Burgos, chorizo and oven roasted, lamb, goat and pig.
