Hostal Rincón de Diego

Perhaps never before have I recommended a place that I have not been to, but today I venture to do so. I booked a night at the hostel Rincon de Diego Mojacar, convinced by the comments about Ramon's business, via a booking portal. The day the trip started my car failed and we could not get to Mojacar, I called the hostel and Ramon kindly made all the arrangements to annul the reservation without any cost (according to the website booking I had to pay 100% as it was within 24 hours of the stay). After the disappointment of having to go home without enjoying my holiday, your actions demonstrate quality customer service in some establishments.
