Hope and Anchor is one of the best places I've been to in New York. The food is fantastic and nothing is of bad value. The mac and cheese fritter balls are classic Mac and cheese fries with horseradish sauce. The fish tacos are incredible: the fish is very fresh; the banana chips homemade as well as the salads.
