Holiday Inn Chiangmai Hotel

The Hotel Holiday Inn Chiang Mai is very close to the tourist center and not even 5 minutes away. It was a 4 star hotel and is very simple, but it is very well equipped with a gym, pool, conference rooms, 3 restaurants and a bar. The rooms are very basic with carpeting, an old air conditioning, as is furniture whiche seemed very outdated. The best thing of all for me were the room views because they are unbeatable, as some were of the Mae Ping River and others overlook the sacred Doi Suthep mountain. It is a great choice for people who want to visit Chiang Mai without spending a lot of money, because although it is a 4-star hotel it is very average, always considering the high quality of the Thai hotels.
