A great place to visit
Being on this side of the pond, I tried to find activities that are typical of the place, and my son's teacher recommended this farm, which is only open to the public during the months of September and October, and that allows visitors to tour the fields, participate in several activities on the farm, and most especially, pick apples from the trees.
General admission costs six dollars and you can visit the museum, children can go to the inflatable bouncy house, view presentations, play in the park, climb into the carriages and the tractor, and milk a cow. To pick apples, you have to buy a bag, whose price is determined by the size. There is also an area to visit farm animals and have pony rides, at an additional cost.
The place has a steakhouse where they sell turkey legs, which is reminiscent of restaurants at the Disney World parks, and offers a variety of desserts made with apples and other fruits. This is a great place to visit, just one hour from Atlanta and that envelopes you in the southern atmosphere of the place.
