Elevated Urban Park
High Line Elevated Park is over 2 miles long and runs from Gansevoort Street to 34th Street on the West Side of New York. It is a large urban park built on what was once an old railway line. The raised platform stopped being used in 1980 and 23 years later in 203 they began to think of different uses for it. During your tour you will find sun-loungers for relaxing, where you can enjoy the view of the side streets. In summer it's truly beautiful, and you'll see flowers everywhere. There are also exhibitions here. If you go to NYC you should certainly visit the park for something a bit different!
