Bretagne
Hennebont
This is a wall near the city on the river. This gem of granite remains intact and has defended the city during multiple sieges in the Middle Ages. It is an open city. In the wall, there are filled cavities in all directions. There are musuems of armour, symbols of Britain and medieval history everywhere that you look. The noble houses, built in much detail during the sixteenth, seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, still survive. There is a gothic style in this historic city which is fascinating for the visitor.
