Heladería Baba Bastani

Si hay algo que da fama a Shiraz, a parte de sus jardines y rosas, es el Faludeh, un helado tradicional que se ha extendido a casi todo el país. Gracias a una recomendación hemos llegado ala que se supone mejor heladería de toda la ciudad, y la verdad que nos ha sorprendido encontrar colas, dobles filas y mucha gente para esperar a ser atendido en esta heladería familiar de fuerte tradición en Shiraz. Enganchadísima que he quedado a este helado que parece un granizado de fideos finos con sabor a limón o a rosas :-)
