Hackescher Markt Station

È una delle stazioni più suggestive di Berlino. Risale al XIX secolo ed è un edificio storico oggi protetto come patrimonio artistico. La facciata originale in mattoni rossi è sicuramente l’elemento più caratterizzante e che la distingue dalle altre stazioni della città. Tra gli elementi decorativi più significativi, ci sono i mosaici e le finestre tonde tipiche dell’epoca. Su entrambi i lati le arcate ospitano ristoranti e caffè. La zona è sempre piena di gente, anche grazie alla frequentatissima piazza pedonale che si allarga proprio a partire dalla stazione, dove i bar hanno sistemato tavolini all’aperto e dove spesso si svolge un mercatino di prodotti gastronomici e artigianali.
