H10 Ocean Maya hotel

Bueno, no me gusta hablar mal de ningún hotel pero, para mi gusto, depués de haber estado en este, si volviese a la misma zona no lo escogería. Las habitaciones no estaban mal, hay gente que se ha quejado de los baños, pero a mí no me parecieron mal (simplemente una distribución diferente a lo que estamos acostumbrados). La animación no me gustó mucho, a parte del tema de los horarios que siempre comento, (siendo las actuaciones en nuestra hora de la cena), no era muy animado, lo cual al final tampoco nos importó porque al final pasamos casi más tiempo fuera que dentro del hotel (el día que lo pasábamos dentro se le veía algo soso, para lo que se suele ver por allí). La playa no nos gustó nada, NADA, dicen que acababa de pasar un huracán hacía dos semanas, con lo cual supongo que también se nos unió la mala suerte en ese sentido (aunque para lo que pagas, sobre todo para la gente que vaya especialmente buscando playa, ya podían pasar, por lo menos por la arena, alguna máquina). La comida no estaba mal, nos gustó bastante, en especial la del restaurante mexicano, al que nos quedamos con ganas de repetir. Lo peor para mí fue, que las habitaciones bajas no tenían barandilla que separase su terracita de los jardines del hotel, de tal manera que puede pasar más fácilmente lo que nos paso a nosotros, que a la mañana siguiente nos habían robado los bañadores que dejamos secar, de lo que nadie se hizo responsable claro! A lo que nosotros pedimos por lo menos que si no había separación, pusieran una cuerda en el baño para tender toallas y bañadores. En fin, supongo que también tuvimos mala suerte claro! Por último las dos piscinas no estaban mal, una de ellas la dedicaban más para las actividades de animación y en la otra estaba la barra y asientos hidromasajes. En general no estuvo mal, pero porque nos dedicamos mucho a conocer las afueras.

Well, I hate to speak ill of any hotel but to my taste, within four months of being in this, if returning to the same area not choose. The rooms were ok, some people have complained about the bathrooms, but I did not seem bad (just a different layout to what we are used to). The animation did not like it much, apart from the issue of the times always comment, (being the performances in our dinner) was not very lively, which ultimately does not matter because in the end we spent almost more time outside inside the hotel (the day I spent inside he looked rather dull, to what is usually seen there). The beach did not like anything, ANYTHING, say a hurricane had just passed two weeks ago, which I guess also joined us bad luck in that regard (though for what you pay, especially for people who go especially looking beach, and could pass, at least on the sand, some machine). The food was not bad, quite liked it, especially the Mexican restaurant, which we were looking forward to repeating. The worst thing for me was that the rooms did not have low railing that separated the terrace of the hotel's gardens, so you can spend more easily what happened to us, that the next morning we were robbed swimsuits as we dry than anyone was responsible course! To which we ask at least that if there was no separation, put a rope in the bathroom to hang towels and swimsuits. Well, I guess we were unlucky too clear! Finally the two pools were ok, one of them devoted more to the entertainment activities and the other was the bar and whirlpool seats. Overall not bad, but because we spend a lot to learn outside.

Contratamos este hotel porque no era el típico mexicano. Nuestra sorpresa fue que al llegar era muy malo. La habitación era mala y nada que ver con la que habíamos visto en la agencia de viajes. La comida era mala y muy poco variada. Si tenias alguna salida temprano no había desayunos. El hotel y sus empleados se centran mucho en los turistas americanos dejando al resto de lado, eso sí si das propina te tratan de lujo. Pero eso me parece injusto cuando vas a un TI y no por todo debes de dar propina. La playa es artificial y muy mala, nada que ver con el Caribe soñado.

We hired this hotel because it was not the typical Mexican. Our surprise was on arrival was very bad. The room was poor and nothing to do with what we had seen in the travel agency. The food was poor and little varied. If you had not had any breakfast early departure. The hotel and its employees is much focus on American tourists leaving the other side, yes you tip if you are trying to treat. But that seems unfair when you go to IT and not all need to tip. The beach is artificial and very bad, nothing to do with the Caribbean dreamed.

Las habitaciones aunque grandes, no son silenciosas.

The hotel is very large and so the service is not up to par. Rooms albeit large, not without noise!
