Food market that takes up one block
Guimarães Municipal Market is within walking distance of the Martins Sarmento Archeological Museum, between the streets Av Liberdade and João I. It is a food market, where you can buy all types of products (meat, fish, fruits, veggies ...), but there are some other shops. It is a big structure, which takes up a whole block, next to which there is public parking. It has 2 levels, and draws attention at the corner to a clock tower.
