The Birthplace of Perfume
Grasse is a beautiful village on the French Riviera. I travelled there by bus from Nice, in just over an hour and a half (€ 2 return). You can also go by train, which is faster, but much more expensive. This town is known mainly as the birthplace of "Perfume". It has many famous perfumeries and the Fragonard perfume factory. The town has several tourist attractions, like the Museum of Perfume, the Jardin des Plantes , Le Musée du Costume et du Bijou provençal or the Market Place aux Aires .
