A private garden
This park contains a private garden, with keys only given to residents of the square. It lies at the end of Lexington Avenue, and if we continue south we'll find Irving Place, where Washington Irving lived, and some excellent restaurants like Casa Mono (Spanish cuisine but with an Italian chef) and Choshi Sushi (Japanese food). In one corner of the square is Gramercy Park Hotel.
