Gozleme Cafè

Se prima di visitare la valle di Zelve o al termine dell'escursione, avete fame o sete, c'è un caffè e ristorante di gozleme (i nostri puncake) proprio fuori dalla valle dove vale la pena di fermarsi. DI caffè ce ne sono molti, ma questo ha una caratteristica che lo distingue dagli altri, ovvero è frequentato quasi esclusivamente da turchi, che secondo noi è garanzia di cibo migliore. Qui i gozleme vengono realizzati da una cuoca che prepara la pasta davanti ai clienti. Ottimi anche le spremute, preparate sul momento: di arancia, di melograno o un mix di entrambi.

If before visiting the valley of Zelve or at the end of the excursion, you are hungry or thirsty, there is a cafe and restaurant gozleme (our puncake) right out of the valley where it is worth to stop. A coffee there are many, but this has a feature that distinguishes it from others, that is attended almost exclusively by Turks, which according to us is a guarantee of better food. Here gozleme are made by a cook who prepares the dough in front of customers. Also excellent juices, freshly prepared: orange, pomegranate or a mix of both.
