Best in Alcala de Henares. Value for money: very good. Homemade meals with premium ingredients, you almost eat better than at home. The menu is amazing, everything is great. Innovative, but all excellent. I recommend the truffle potato foam (not on the menu) be sure to ask, beans with sausage ... The latest I've tried are Chinese noodles (awesome). They recommended what they have that day. Service very good and professional.
