Rugged Scottish road
In one of the most rugged and isolated areas of Scotland through the Glen Torridon from the village of Kinlochewe to Torridon, by the A896 road. Surrounded by mountains like Beinn Eigue (1010 m) and Liathach (1055 m), it's undoubtedly one of the most beautiful roads in Scotland. A narrow winding road surrounded on either side by high mountains veiled in clouds, this makes for a magical drive. It would seems the world has stopped in this northern part of the Highlands (Highlands). It's so remote, and has spectacular scenery. The road reaches the sea in Torridon and the landscape changes, becoming even more beautiful perhaps due to the contrast of the water of Loch Torridon with the green of the Scottish Highlands.
