Geneva in a day
Geneva is small, everything's close together, and it's pretty expensive. One day is enough to see the most important things. We were there for six hours: the lake, the floral clock, trip on the little tourist train, the center, and a fondue restaurant. From the airport to downtown and the hotel ... 5 minutes on the train (actual time!!) In the airport there's a "machine" where you can get the ticket for free public transport for 2 hours. See the lake with the tourist boat (large) quite expensive, it's better to take the small public transport boat (yellow). It stops a little further away. Typical bus stop;)) The shops close pretty early (at 7 something pm), there are "watches" everywhere, prices from 25 euros and up ....
