Gilligan Island

Just start at the Porta del Sol, this Gilligan's Island or Cayo Aurora part of the reserve of Guanica, can be reached by boat from the Hotel Copamarina or from a nearby restaurant, or if you are prepared, it can even be reached by Kayak. The island has a small jetty surrounded by clear waters, has 2 channels of about five feet perfect for wading. It is a small paradise that is a perfect stop for a few hours. Ask the captain of the boat, if he could possibly give you a tour of the nearby islands. There we saw all kinds of fish, pelicans, etc.. if you are very lucky, you will even see a dolphin. On the island there is no kiosk or anything similar, so it is advisable to bring something to drink and eat.
